For Flyleaf's new album, Memento Mori, we want to see some creative album covers made! Using any medium you'd like (photoshop, drawing, painting, etc), design an album cover for the band's new record. We want to see the front, back and the disc. Try to represent the band and album as a whole. For more information on the record, visit this page.

Rules:
- If you include a picture of the band, make sure to use all 5 members.
- Include the name of the record, Memento Mori, and Flyleaf somewhere on the front.
- On the back, include a tracklisting. Song titles can be found on the album information page linked above.
- Be creative, but try to keep the basic structure of CD design in mind when designing.
- Include a cover, back cover and disc design.

Deadline
- The cutoff time for submissions is August 30, 2009 at 11:59 EST.
- A poll will be put up on September 6, 2009 where public voting will take place.
- Voting will end on October 19, 2009 and the winners will be announced on October 20, 2009.
